PRODUCTION METHOD
After a gentle pressing and fermentation in steel, it is allowed to age for nine months in the tank and is aged in the bottle for the next three months before being put on
the market.
TASTING NOTES
Deep and intense ruby red in the glass, with purple nuances. The aroma has hints of rose hip and cherry, blackberry, cassis and cocoa, on a clear
background of Mediterranean scrub. The mouthfeel is full and consistent, velvety in the tannic texture, soft with an excellentlength.
COUPLING
Extremely versatile wine: great in combination with red meat, perfect with the Palermitans baked anelletti, but it has a reason even with a good tuna steak.
